The role:
A rare opportunity has arisen to join our team in Bella Vista as a Trainee Help Desk Analyst! During your initial 12 month fixed term contract, you will complete an online Certificate III in IT at TAFE (paid for by oOh!) and be mentored and supported by our experienced team, to set you up for a flourishing career!
In this unique and varied role no two says will be the same – you will learn to provide phone-based and remote IT support and troubleshooting for our digital and classic media assets (billboards, advertisement signage), liaise with internal warehousing and spare parts teams, schedule technicians for onsite repair and also engage external vendors to resolve the issue.
