The Role:
As the Senior Talent Partner, you will proactively source, attract and engage exceptional talent for oOh! across Australia & NZ, and also drive strategic recruitment initiatives. Partnering closely with our senior leadership team, you will build trusted partnerships and provide exceptional recruitment advice primarily across our sales business units, ensuring alignment with our business goals and ambitions now and into the future.
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including; maintaining our ATS, writing job ads, interview scheduling, interviewing, sourcing, screening and guiding candidates through our recruitment process, reference checking, offer approval and contract generation. You will ensure candidate and customer-focused recruitment service delivery excellence across the entire hiring cycle, applying exceptional process and project management to enable effective and cost-efficient recruitment service. Acting as an advocate of our company values, you’ll help articulate oOh!’s employer brand, positioning us as a great place to work.
This opportunity can be based either in our North Sydney or South Melbourne offices in a hybrid / WFH capacity.
