ONYX Insight Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job at Nottingham, England Full Time

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join the HR team here at ONYX Insight as Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers in across the business, you’ll help connect ONYX with the best talent we need. In the process you’ll contribute to the renewable energy transition process and be part of our continuing success story.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with the end to end hiring process

• Maintain the applicant tracking system

• Undertake screening calls with candidates

• Co-ordinate the selection and assessment process

• Liaise with external agency partners

• Assist with candidate offer preparation and delivery

• Deliver a fantastic onboarding experience

Ideally, you’ll have/be:

• Previous experience in a HR admin/coordinator capacity

• Ability to work at pace and with meticulous attention to detail

• Strong administration and organisation skills

• Persistence, tenacity and resilience

• Great communication skills

• A systematic approach

• Experience of working with an applicant tracking system
