Onyx Agency LLC Hiring for Remote Accountant for High Profile Event Job at Remote Full Time

ROLE

Accounts payable for a large production/event in mid December, the scope will include building and updating pre event budget based on template from last event. Organizing, documenting and gathering all 1099’s forms, invoices etc for all vendors used. Articulating spend in some remote meetings, explaining budgets etc. Executing payments before and after events from our company.

TIMING

This will be a contracted position between Nov 1st and End of December. Will require about 10-15 hours per week over this period.

EXPERIENCE

To have executed large events accounts payable and some basic accounting. Will explain the exact scope in interview. References needed

ONBOARDING

Will review and go over most recent event’s accounts payables to familiarize and then discuss best practices for this event.

LOCATION

Fortunately, this will be completely remote. All meetings through zoom

COMPENSATION

Will be anywhere between $2,000 and $4,000 based on experience and the assumption that work load will remain the same as last event.

This is a very high profile event that will be strong on any resume.
