We are currently looking for Customer Service / Call Center Specialists to join our team in Waterloo, ON.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Call Center Manager, Onward Manufacturing is looking to add detail-oriented team players to our Customer Service department. The incumbents will play a key role in communicating with our consumer network, answering general questions related to the Company’s products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to consumer general inquiries over various media forms
• Solution consumer product problems
• Educate consumers on product capabilities
• Enter consumer warranty / cash sale orders into our ERP
• Process cash sale transactions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Personable and an Empathetic personality
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and dedicated to supporting the team
• General knowledge in MS Office applications (word, excel, power point, etc.)
