OnTrac Hiring for Talent Acquisition Associate – Dallas at Dallas, TX Full Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8AM – 4:30PM (some travel required)

What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Associate

• Prepare and lead NHO; support new hires in completing documents, upload all documents, set calendar, follow and educated on HR policies and procedure, assist with terminations for no-shows, communicate with management and recruiting team
• Process new hires in the system; Complete I9’s, Request badge pictures and uploads them
• Verify rehire eligibility
• Assist with talent acquisition efforts; partnering with market outreach, lead hiring events, support recruitment locally and virtually
• Assist TA Manager with special projects (i.e., sign on bonuses, referral bonuses, etc.)
• Assist with onsite hiring events or attending local job fairs
• Assist in schedule tours
• Work with ATS system; supporting and working candidates
• Guide employees to SS if asking questions
• Prepare or update employee records related to hiring

What you need to have to be successful as a Talent Acquisition Administrator

• High attention to detail
• MS Skills – intermediate level
• Passion for people
• Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment
• Prior experience with ATS and Recruiting highly desired
• 1 year Human Resources experience required
• 1-2 years of clerical experience required
• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
