About the Role:
Avicanna’s sales team is looking for driven and experienced Sales Manager (Ontario) to drive sales efforts in the legal Ontario retail cannabis market, across Avicanna’s two brands Rho Phyto & Viola. This will include establishing new partnerships with Ontario cannabis retailers, managing existing relationships and driving product distribution & sales across all touchpoints, in Ontario.

We are seeking highly-motivated business development professional who is driven, ambitious, competitive, resilient, can think critically and analytically, a self-starter, independent, entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and has leadership ambitions to join our team to manage our sales efforts for our commercial portfolio province-wide. This role is responsible for ensuring corporate sales objectives are met in the retail channel. It will focus on establishing and driving provincial sales, tracking processes, managing relationships with new and existing key and independent retailers and building out sales for two active brands. We are looking for a person who is passionate about the benefits of cannabis from medical, wellness and lifestyle perspectives with experience in customer service and who is motivated by the challenge of contributing to a growing portfolio of brands.
