Ontario Apartment Group is Looking for Data Entry Clerk Full Time

Summary:

Ontario Apartment Group is a full-service multifamily sales and marketing team located in Peterborough, Ontario. We are looking for a talented, experienced Salesforce data analyst for ongoing data input and data analysis. You will be working as an independent contractor, not an employee.

Hourly pay:

$18.00/hour

Summary:

You will be responsible for collecting, validating, entering, auditing and generating reports on property and ownership data in our proprietary relational database (Salesforce). You must possess strong Microsoft Excel skills, strong computer skills, utilize our in-house resources, and be willing to initiate multiple telephone calls to actively collect and validate data from a large number of sources. Training will be provided where necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, input, and audit data within our relational database ensuring accuracy, currency, and completeness of the data;
• Research real estate transactions and collect data from a variety of sources and using a variety of methodologies (phone, email, websites, web tools, etc.);
• Provide daily activity and completed work reports;
• Attend weekly staff meetings (frequently virtual) and be prepared to contribute based on your skillset;
• Produce various reports as required and collaborate with marketing department in the development of marketing collateral and client reports;
• Willingness to attend client meetings and participate in business pitches as required. Travel may be required from time to time and will be at the expense of the company;
• Participate in group company photos for publication;
• Complete training as required to develop and maintain proficiency in the Group’s preferred third-party data, reporting, marketing, and CRM service providers.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Work & Education

• Relevant College or University designation
• Previous work experience in real estate admin and/or data entry is an asset but not required

Systems & Skillset

• Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and to meet tight deadlines
• Previous experience with Salesforce CRM an asset but not required
• Highly computer-literate

Character & Professionalism

• Must be extremely self-motivated
• Must be extremely thorough and attentive to detail
• Must have a high level of professionalism and a commitment to producing quality, accurate data

Language Skills

• Must be able to interpret industry publications from public and private sectors (real estate and economic periodicals, professional and technical journals, Government publications). Must be able to effectively present information to clients and respond to questions from staff, clients, and the public.

Financial Knowledge

• Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
