MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING BELOW BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Receive daily calls from transportation companies and schedule freight deliveries for all locations
Study all incoming BOL’s to ensure correct address and delivery information is correct prior to delivery
Maintain Freight Smartsheet to ensure all Freight on Board is correct and up to date daily. Remain up to date on calendar events and FOB links have proper information.
Communicate with PMs and OSSG branches to oversee all FOB is in place prior to PMs dispatching installs
Study all jobs daily to have a firm understanding of what freight is needed and that timelines are being met
Support PMs in all coordination needed
Work closely with all branches to coordinate trips for OSSG drivers and maximize their loads for purchase deliveries as well as signage.
Participate in weekly scheduled installation meeting to remain up to date on scheduling and freight changes
Maintain consistent communication with all departments
All other support that may be required by management teams.

Monday thru Friday
8 am – 5 pm 1 hr lunch
Work from our Lloydminster Office
Compensation $23 – $27 hourly depending on experience
