Reports to: Stacey Zeltner, Chief People Officer (ultimately to HR Director, Talent Management)

Role Overview:

In this newly created role, the Manager of Talent Acquisition will build a scalable and agile recruitment strategy to be deployed across our organization, including physician practices and our management services organization. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and build world class processes.

Principle Duties:

• Establish best practices in talent acquisition across the organization
• Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers and physician practice leaders to develop a detailed knowledge of position specifications, provide expert consultation on the hiring process, create an effective recruitment strategy and share external market intelligence as needed
• Drive full-life cycle recruitment for positions across the organization
• Provide a flawless candidate experience through every phase of the recruiting process
• Manage external recruitment agencies, temporary agencies and other sources
• Engage in direct sourcing / alternate recruiting methods to identify a diverse slate of candidates for your open requisitions
• Handle candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Develop and recommend new recruitment tools to enhance processes and the candidate experience
• Proactively maintain current knowledge of the healthcare and orthopedics landscape and strategically activate recruitment efforts based on industry developments
• Identify and engage with pipelines of external talent who possess the relevant skills and experience for future open positions
• Build and maintain recruitment dashboard of key metrics of the hiring process.
• Maintain awareness of recruitment sources, results, and costs in order to contribute to analysis of recruitment and HR effectiveness with the broader team
• Participate in employment branding efforts with the broader team to develop an effective Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
• Lead or participate in defined and/or ad-hoc projects/initiatives within the broader HR team

Background and Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree preferred,
• 5 plus years of overall recruiting experience; healthcare experience preferred
• Experience recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing applicant tracking systems to facilitate efficiency in recruitment processes and to both capture and utilize accurate data
• Background building and adapting recruitment processes in a high growth environment
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
• Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Agile working style, with structured and pragmatic thinking and comfortable working with ambiguity and fluidity
• Ability to communicate and partner with all levels of an organization.
• Capable of evaluating and managing competing priorities as needed
