OnPoint Home Services Hiring for Office Assistant at Whitchurch-Stouffville, ON Full Time

This position reports to the Operations Manager and Managing Partner.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sending, and responding to e-mail
• Maintaining customer contact files
• Dispatch calls
• Answering phone calls
• Contacting customers to book appointments
• Preparing and processing contracts daily
• Payment processing Creating and posting Digital Marketing and Social Media materials
• Light tidy of office at the end of the day (taking out the office garbage, light sweep and mop of office area)

Requirements:

• 1 year with customer service experience
• Advanced computer skill
• Great time management, able to work independently
• Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills
• Good command of English, verbal and written
• Proficient with social media such as Facebook advertising, Facebook posts, Twitter etc.

Hours will be Monday to Friday 1-9pm to start. Training will take place during the day.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $40,000.00 per year

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
