Talent Acquisition Resourcer

Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for ensuring that we source and place the best Educators and Teachers into our Campus teams. The Resourcer will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners to support the recruitment of permanent and casual team members.

This will involve;

• Screening and responding to resumes
• Participation in Group Assessment centre’s
• Verification checks including references, WWCC and visa checks
• General recruitment administration and support
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience

Essential Criteria

• 2 years experience communicating with customers/stakeholders
• A good understanding of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Childcare knowledge and previous recruitment experience is desirable
