Online K Tutors Hiring for Online Tutor for Teacher Owned Company (ONLY Certified K-12 Teachers ) at Remote Full Time

We are a new company looking for certified teachers who are interested in online tutoring to supplement their income. As mentioned before, we are new so we are working on getting students to platform but we need tutors to sit on the platform until the students start to show. This is a remote (online) position.

Tutor Requirements:

• 18 plus to work on the platform
• Teacher’s Certification (K-5, 6-12, P-12)
• 1 year or more of teaching experience
• Subject Expert in at least one of the following: Math, Science, Spanish, Reading, or Writing
• Interested in K-12th only!

Education level:

• Bachelors (required)
• Masters and higher

Able to tutor in one or more of the following subjects:

• English (Reading, Writing, ESOL)
• Mathematics

• Homework Help
• Spanish
• Test Prep (ACT/SAT)
• Essay Writing

Important information:

• You will be an independent contractor, not an employee.
• You will pay the platform a commission because we provide you with the platform, the learners, and an interactive whiteboard to work easily with your learners. However, you only pay when you conduct a session.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and computer/desktop (no cellphones)

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the USA- you need a Social Security Number (SSN) for our background check.
• Must have a quiet work area
• Must be computer literate
