WE AS ONHUNTERS ARE LOOKING FOR A HR PARTNER FOR EMEA

MISSION: Supports the business in achieving its objectives and provides support and solutions for the implementation of HR functions in their group

Aligns the management of HR with the needs of the business

THE ROLE : :

• Attends and provides feedback to colleagues from other areas
• training HR teams and providing solutions to tema members
• Acts as the HR point of contact for team members relocated to their country.
• Redirects work-related and Personnel Administration inquiries (payroll, leave of absence, contract terminations, reduced working hours, maternity leave, etc.) to specialists in each of the functions and destinations.
• Makes regular visits to other BU to support the teams in people management
• Attends and/or represents the destination at the relevant job fairs.
• Together with Talent Acquisition, organises Open Days and similar actions to attract talent.
• Monitors the performance review process in the area and assists HR in the use of tools.
• Assists the Managing Director (MD)
• Together with the MD, assists Managers in team management

Requirements

We are looking for someone that :

• Have experience in big corporations as HR partner in EMEA for at least 5 years , Healthcare segment or hospitality is a plus.
• Mandatory Skills in English, French and german , any other language is a plus
• Someone empathetic, that loves challenges
  
• That wants to realocate in a UE country
