Call Center Customer Care & Sales Resentatives will handle calls for T-Mobile assisting customers and performing account reviews to upgrade existing products, add new lines of service and offer additional features and accessories. If you are passionate about taking care of people and have a working knowledge of tech products, we can’t wait to work with you! Top performers regularly earn $1,200 – $1,500 per WEEK in commissions, in addition to salary.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Handling calls through a blended call queue working customers through the sales cycle through closure.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
• Recommending solutions by cross-selling and upselling.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Consistently provide a great customer experience.
• Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent required to apply.
• MUST currently live in the Tampa Bay area to be considered. This is a work ON SITE opportunity.
