At OneTouch Direct (OTD) we provide a positive culture-focused environment where we appreciate and recognize our people.
We’re looking for professionals to represent AT&T who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound calls for AT&T FirstNet “first responders” providing customer care to help resolve issues, perform account reviews, and a GREAT customer experience. If you are passionate about taking care of people and have a working knowledge of tech products, we can’t wait to work with you!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide inbound customer service for AT&T business First Responders
- Resolve issues and consistently provide a great customer experience

Requirements
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
- 1-2 years retail or customer service/call center experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Mobility and Data products is an asset
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
