• Base salary with 5% commission for monthly gross sale.
• All the necessary trainings will be provided
• This position requires:
• One or more years of retail experience
• Two years of kitchen and bathroom design and sales experience.

• Two years of cabinetry experience

• Proficiency with 2020 design software

• Client friendly and outcome orientated selling and closing skills

• Experience designing in all design styles – transitional, traditional and contemporary designs

• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous, time sensitive projects with a positive attitude

• This position also requires proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word and experience using electronic mail. Excellent spelling, grammar, written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate professionally with staff and customers in a courteous, tactful and concise manner is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $40.00 per hour

All customers required to wear masks in the showroom. Common places get cleaned and sanitized regularly.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Design: 2 years (Preferred)
