Job Summary:

We are looking for a distinguished IT Support Specialist (AKA 1st Level Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, IT Support Engineer or Desktop Support Analyst) to join our development team and help triage support desk issues. You’ll be working alongside our Help Desk and engineers to identify and resolve customer support requests and ensure all software meets our OneStaff standard of quality. OneStaff Medical connects healthcare facilities with talented medical staff throughout the country, and you’ll be part of the pivotal point connecting talent with our dedicated recruiting staff via our website and system. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about what they do. Someone who will rise to challenges that come with custom systems while maintaining high integrity and standards in the end products they are involved with. This is a full-time, in-office position (not remote, sorry), 40 hours per week (8am-5pm).

Responsibilities:

• Code and bug fixes
• Provide first-rate customer support and incident remediation both on-site and via remote access to our 3 offices around the country.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.
• Efficiently coordinate support tasks and activities accordingly to priority.
• Manage Level-1 Help Desk operations, and supplement other IT team tasks when needed.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and knows when to escalate 3rd-level incidents, following appropriate processes and procedures.
• Working with limited supervision in a customer-facing role.

Experience:

Would like to have:

• Experience with DotNetNuke.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with DevExpress/ DevExtreme.
