Job Summary:
Recruit and maintain relationships with travel healthcare professionals, specifically RNs, LPNs, CNAs and MAs. Collaboration with internal staff, while being a champion for the Traveler handling conflict resolution in multiple capacities. This is a sales position… Hustle is a must!

Responsibilities:
- Qualifying and producing a steady inventory of quality applicants
- Understand and meet established Key Performance Indicators
- Foundational understanding of compliance, the company database, and payroll processes within a six-month time frame
- Maintain healthy relationships in potentially challenging situations

Achieve and maintain a full desk of 20 travelers within one year’s time
- During first year a growth of five travelers per quarter is required
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
1 year of sales/marketing experience preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
