OneSpan Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sales Job at London, England Full Time

This position is open to candidates who have their residence in the UK. This role is key for the future growth of OneSpan.

As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you will handle hiring projects – full cycle, from end to end – with special focus on quota carrying Enterprise Sales people internationally. You will be doing a lot of active sourcing, reaching out to prospects, to sell our story and to convert them into candidates, that will allow you to hire our business critical sales positions in EMEA, LATAM and APAC.

You are ideally based in or near London.

Key responsibilities and duties

• Drive hiring projects from end to end (full cycle) as Lead-Recruiter, with special focus on hiring sales people internationally.
• Engage with hiring managers and the business to understand the roles and the challenges, reach out to prospects, conduct initial video interviews, drive suitable candidates through the entire interview process – till offer signature and facilitate pre-onboarding.
• Identify, engage, and evaluate passive/active talent with a creative, efficient, and active approach to get qualified prospects that you can convert to candidates.
• Regularly consult with the team and superior to share ideas, techniques, best practices, etc. to build and improve TA service level and productivity.
• Stay up to date on latest industry trends and news, specifically targeting “distressed companies” or competitors.

Qualifications

• Several years of in-house recruiting experience, within an international software or tech service company.
• Highly skilled in finding prospects and engaging candidates on various levels of an organization in a worldwide setting, tech-environment.
• Proven longstanding success delivering hiring results in fast-paced, demanding, multi-locations, with changing requirements and new upcoming requests.
• Passionate about finding top talent; true ‘hunter’ mentality, go-getter, flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure and cross-functionally with other departments around the world and in different time zones.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver results with little supervision and efficient execution.
• Willingness to travel occasionally: infrequent trips abroad, if required.
