Coordinator will be a liaison between customer and dispatch and customer and warehouse
Tracking and recording shipping logs for drivers
Create POD’s and OFS documents for scheduled shipments
Uploading POD’s to Transplace and keeping accurate record in order logs
Creating and managing orders in 3PL
Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
Responding to customer inquiries/emails and finding solution to answer all inquiries
Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
Responsible for all other duties as designated by management as relates to all logistics and customer service concerns
