We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to execute office administrative operations by completing office and administrative tasks in addition to ensuring office policies and standards are followed to guarantee smooth operation of the plant.
Office Administrator Job Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent, and three years’ prior experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees and clients
  • High attention to detail and accuracy; strong organization and planning skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of ERP systems
  • Team player as well as ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Office Administrator Job Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Manage maintenance and repairs for office equipment; manage vendor relationships
  • Order entry and sales confirmations
  • Accounting duties including preparation of customer invoices, accounts receivables, customer follow up for payment status, reconcile credit card statements, and bank deposits
  • Sales inquiry follow up
