Onebridge Hiring for Product Owner Full Time

Onebridge is a Consulting firm with an HQ in Indianapolis, and clients dispersed throughout the United States and beyond. We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner to join our team supporting a Global Client.

This position is needing this person on site a few days per week and is located in Indianapolis, IN.

Product Owner | About You

As a Product Owner, you are responsible for partnering with business partners to create and drive solutions. You will take a progressive approach to understand business impacts, quantifying resources, and evaluating/recommending technical solutions and delivery options. Skilled in leading and participating in Scrum Ceremonies as a champion for Agile methodologies, you have a knack for using relationships and rapport to motivate others toward a unified goal.

Product Owner | Day-to-Day

• Requirements gathering and building use cases for product roadmaps and deliverables.
• Planning, managing, and running internal and key stakeholder meetings.
• Ensuring information flow and related documentation follows appropriate process while adhering to global compliancy constraints and best-in-class practices.
• Stakeholder engagement and communication, articulating risks, enhancements, impacts, and performance.

Product Owner | Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of progressive experience in application development or data-centric development projects, with experience leading projects from scope through delivery.
• Experience developing business and technical requirements to create product road maps.
• Background in leading Scrum Ceremonies and Championing Agile Best Practices.
• Skilled in utilizing JIRA for grooming stories and managing backlogs.
• Strong understanding of building cloud-ready solutions and/or leading cloud modernization projects.
• Healthcare, Pharma, Finance, or other highly regulated industry experience is preferred.
