The Position

The Medical Back Office Coordinator works in our central office, supporting our clinics as they serve our patients. Our Central team is mostly remote and not patient-facing.

Responsibilities include:

• Prior authorizations
• Referrals
• Insurance verifications
• Accounts Payable
• General administrative responsibilities
• Troubleshooting
• Maintaining relationships with other clinics, providers, and medical agencies

Qualifications

Candidates must show a high attention to detail, and have an excellent personality. Medical office experience is not required but is a plus, and must be comfortable learning new computer programs.
