Director of Sales and Marketing

Duties:
– Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
– Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and training
– Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
– Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotions
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
– Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
– Prepare regular s on sales and marketing activities for management

Experience:
– Proven experience in a senior sales or marketing role, preferably in a similar industry
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
– Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
