One Property Recruitment are working with a boutique residential managing agent, based near Mayfair on their search for a Finance Assistant to join their busy accounts team. You will be providing essential administrative support to the department, ensuring deadlines are met in a timely fashion and being highly organised to manage a busy but manageable workload. This position would suit someone with accounts experience within the property industry either within commercial real estate or block management who is looking to build their skillset further within service charge accounts, supporting on an ultra-high-end set of accounts. Your core duties will include: –

• Assisting the PMs in preparing the service charge accounts
• Carrying out bank payments and reconciliations
• Chasing arrears
• Assisting in circulating information to clients and responding to requests as needed
• Maintaining the system and ensuring it is up to date with any relevant changes
• Answering any queries from leaseholders in respect of service charge and credit control, with customer service at the forefront of delivery
• General bookkeeping duties for invoices, cheques, utility payments.

• Must have experience within accounting, ideally in block management
• Highly organised and attention to detail
