Join our Finance team as a Senior Rents Finance Officer.
Our Finance team play an important role in helping us to achieve our vision by supporting colleagues across the organisation to achieve the best value for money, pay for goods and services and understand complex financial information. Our finance specialists work across a number of teams including Corporate Finance, Financial Management and Procurement. The role
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Senior Rents Finance Officer. Although this is a senior position, this role does not carry any line management responsibilities.
This is a well establish successful team who work collaboratively to ensure the smooth processes of rent debits for all its subsidiaries, maintaining transactions and posting journals to the accounts ledgers. This team is also responsible for reconciling rent controls, bank and other control accounts, and manage the administration of the organisations’ Direct Debits.
Salary: £28,000 and £35,000 per annum.
Location: Hybrid Style (3 days based within our Camden Head Office / 2 days remote)
