The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of HR Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll administration and other related support, in line with departmental working procedures and in close liaison with the third party payroll provider.

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and responsiveness of recruitment administration and other related support, in line with departmental working procedures and in close liaison with the relevant HR Advisor and recruiting manager.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of administration and provision of advice in relation to changes, or otherwise, of employee terms and conditions of employment, in line with departmental working procedures.

• Responsible for ensuring that the appropriate documentation is maintained, retained and accessible within the HR Department for the areas listed above.

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is friendly, resilient and engaging. The successful candidate will:

• Ideally have worked in a busy HR Department but not essential
• Payroll experience would be great but not essential
• You could be from a customer care or hospitality background dealing with people every day
• You must be resilient and keen to assist
• Be confident is dealing with people
• Looking for a long term career
