One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is searching for a upbeat, positive, and engaging peoplewho enjoy working in a call center atmosphere and are good at helping customers find solutions to their needs.

Outbound Sales Team Members offer products, services and supplies to potential and retained customers in our market area. They uncover all home opportunities; describe retail solutions by communicating the value One Hour’s products and services; and move customers to action by scheduling sales appointments.

Those qualified should:

• Have direct experience with customer facing interaction and proven success marketing product for sale
• Possess a proactive and enthusiastic sales approach and marked personal drive
• Have strong negotiation skills, a pleasant, inviting demeanor and a neat appearance
• Be an active listener with strong relationship building skills
• Manage yourself with minimum supervision and easily communicate your daily results

All Sales Team Members should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, as well as undergo a thorough background check.
