Our company is looking for a hands-on Hvac Operations Manager to lead our team of HVAC Service Techs. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED and has at least 7-10 years’ experience as a HVAC Sales/Service Tech or supervisor, and ideally an A/C license. We’re looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills who can quickly identify and solve issues, as well as someone who can manage subordinates effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor work performed by contractors.
• Manage the work of contractors.
• Responsible for training and accountability
• After hours support for techs
• Help with installs
• Provide direction on cost-effective solutions and ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Manage quality control and ensure that systems are installed properly and within budget.
• Monitor budget viability and profitability of projects.
• Check performance of employees, resolving problems and offer suggestions for improvements in the performance.
• Ensure safety in the workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74,060.00 – $90,000.00 per year
