  • Hourly Pay : $17.82- CONTRACT
  • Schedule : 8am – 5pm – Monday-Friday.

OFFICE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities :

  • Answering phone calls.
  • Taking and delivering messages.
  • Greeting visitors.
  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Sorting mail.
  • Updating company records and s.
  • Maintaining files.
  • Other duties as needed.

Education and Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clerical position.
