The Corporate Recruiter will full-life cycle recruiting and managing significant aspects of the staffing process, consult with hiring managers, offering creative and effective staffing ideas and solutions, and team-up with the HR Team to conduct needs analysis, post openings, sourcing, screen and present qualified candidates for open and/or prospective positions.


GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Build applicant sources as required.
  • Provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits; make presentations for variety of groups.
  • Determine applicant requirement by studying job description and job qualifications, and knowing the corporate culture and history.
  • Determine qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and assessment date, verifying references, and comparing qualifications of leading candidates to job requirements.
  • Work with companion Recruiting Specialists as needed in arranging management interviews, candidate travel and community tours for candidates who are relocating.
  • Manage new employee/ transferee relocations by determining move requirements, knowing the corporate relocation program and explaining/ delivering benefits based on appropriate relocation program tier.
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, understanding benefits and perks.
  • Act as an organizational ambassador and delivers positive brand messaging to candidates and public in general.
  • Assist in managing intern programs by conducting orientations, scheduling rotations and assignments, monitoring intern job contributions, coaching interns and advising managers on training and coaching.
  • Understand current employment legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures and conducting training.
  • Stay current with job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
  • Assist other members of Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Department with applicable projects related to organizational objectives.
  • Attend department meetings and participate in training sessions.
  • Perform all other duties and assignments as directed by management.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent and HR certification highly preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting/staffing functions.
