We are currently looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Strong hospitality recruitment experience, ideally within the hotel industry

A HR generalist with a CIPD qualification (desirable)

Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills

An ability to work to deadlines

A confident and positive attitude

The ability to communicate and build relationships with colleagues of all levels

Excellent administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail

To be successful you will

Administration including preparation of contracts & documents

Source candidates through various resourcing channels – internal and external

Draft and post adverts on recruitment websites

Interview and screen candidates

Give feedback on candidates and provide support to Heads of Departments with regard to all aspects of the recruitment process

Produce statistical reports

Onboarding & Co-ordination of new starters within the hotel including paperwork and induction training programs

Exit interviews for all leavers
