We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team to fill our vacancies with qualified employees. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will use various channels to look for potential candidates and be responsible for interviewing, testing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company. The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the company as well as interviewing techniques and building talent pipelines.

• Full-cycle recruitment includes use of applicant tracking system, sourcing strategies and recruitment methods.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates, including conducting in-depth interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies.
• Conducts the process of sourcing, screening and interviewing and engaging potential candidates in an efficient and timely manner.
• Investigate qualifications based on previous employment reference checks, background checks, and credentials of applicants.
• Evaluates and recommends qualified candidates, verifies references and credentials, recommends salary offers, and completes hiring process.
• Ensures that the employment process meets all required standards and practices as well as employment laws and regulations.
• Continually analyzes and enhances every aspect of the employment process with knowledge of on-line sourcing strategies.
• Remain familiar with competitive compensation strategies and recommend to management appropriate adjustments to compensation strategies.
• Tracks recruitment activity and analyzes and reports statistics
• Engages in recruitment activities remotely and in-person, fostering relationships through networking to develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
• Coordinate and assist other recruiting staff and human resource department with other related tasks including onboarding candidates.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and websites (e.g. Boolean search).
• Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired.

Qualifications

• 3 + years full-cycle recruiting experience
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and/or Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
• Effective time-management abilities
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred but not required
