With your experience in recruiting in technology and product domain, you will support us in bringing new colleagues on board and achieving great goals together. Your focus will be to help us find new experts in Technology, Product and Digital Marketing teams to join our fast-growing business.
This is a great role for you if you have previous experience in Tech & Product recruitment either in house or agency and want to grow further with crucial recruiting projects and initiatives that contribute to the organisation’s continued growth. There are many ideas and projects that are just waiting to be implemented employer branding, diversity and inclusion action plans, community engagement and reach out.
You will enjoy this role if you are a collaborative team player. You will be working closely with multiple stakeholders in Tech and Product including the senior leadership team to source and recruit the best talent. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing end to end recruitment across all digital areas and will put your stamp on it. Things move fast at On The Beach; therefore, it is essential you are comfortable with change and a strong communicator with a passion for people!
Ways of Working
We also offer a hybrid way of working here at On the Beach, meaning we all work from home and from the office. For this role, you will be required to be in the office based on team needs i.e. during community events, meetups, grad recruitment days and team collaboration days.
