On Demand Staffing Inc Hiring for Account Manager Full Time

On Demand Staffing is looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business managers and staffing existing accounts. Account Managers answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, compliance, recruiters, and Business Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our all of our teams to achieve goals while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run. You will lead, motivate, and coach your team to achieve key performance goals.

Responsibilities

• An Account Manager builds Lasting relationship through consistent Communication with client(s) to ensure their needs and expectations are met. Meet with other departments heads such as HR and A/R departments to ensure compliance.
• Serve as a lead point of contact for customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our staffing solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
• Recruit and hire staff
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Create and conduct orientations, that are site specific, to provide all information to new associates going to work
• Be available as needed and be present onsite for assignments as needed
• Properly train and develop strong supervisors and leads
• Organize and execute meetings with staff members to provide feedback, coaching and direction.
• Ability to investigate and document accidents and injuries in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Work, dress, and represent On Demand Staffing as defined in the Employee handbook
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred
