We are working with the UK GM of an international business, who are undergoing an exciting period of positive change.

Their continued growth will mean a few changes to their operations and so they need the help of a commercially astute HR Manager who has the capability to lead the organisation through a period of business change.

The role content is a great mix, as you will be leading on a number of improvement projects as well as supporting your management colleagues with the day-to-day generalist activities such as performance, recruitment, reward, learning & development etc.

The HR team is small, but highly capable, with the shared aim of continuing to develop and retain a high calibre workforce.

About you – you will understand what it means to be a true business partner and most importantly enjoy operating in this capacity. From the CEO down there is great respect for HR, which has been gained through the strong relationship-building skills of the HR team and their ability to implement commercially aligned HR interventions.

You’ll enjoy business change activities, but also be happy to roll up your sleeves and deal with the day-to-day as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
