On Chabanel St Hiring for Senior Customer Support Representative at Montréal, QC Full Time

We are currently looking for a customer service representative with experience to join our team in the apparel industry.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues, is a team player who enjoys a fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with end consumer via phone and email.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
• Data entry in various platforms.
• Manage sales/returns and associated payments/refunds/gift cards.
• All other customer service related tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Must be bilingual (English/French).
