On-Board Services, Incorporated is an on-site contract service provider for a local manufacturing entity providing full time positions to our employees. We offer benefits as well as 401k. 

Position Details:
Position Type: 12 Month Contract
Job Location: Tempe, AZ

Compensation: $17-18/hr

Requirements:
Employee must have the maturity and professionalism to be able to work from home, unsupervised, without distractions. Must have access to stable, consistent internet service or satellite service. Must have the ability to work any schedule. We are currently looking for employees for 1st and 2nd shifts. We are a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to write cohesive emails and notes. Written Communication and grammar are critical to this role as employees may be assigned to the Chat queue.
• Must have internet access @ 50mbps (non-negotiable) and home office furniture, a desk large enough to hold two 25″ monitors, and an ergonomically correct chair. We will provide all other equipment including a laptop…
• Applicant must be able to work any shift including Sat/Sun. Will work Mon-Fri- 730 am 4pm during the first week of training and possibly the second week of mentoring. We are currently looking for 1st and 2nd shifts, we are a 24/7 support center. Sometimes shifts offered may be a 4 X 10.
• Employees may take upwards of 70 calls per day as well as make a similar number of outbound calls, emails, and chats. Our client base is diverse, serving cities & municipalities, facilities, alarms dispatching and manufacturing, and sanitation, wastewater & citizen water requests.
