Job Description

· Prepare general ledger entries and reconcile accounts.

· Manage & reconcile vendor prepayments as well as other prepaid expenses

· Compile sales, cost of goods and commission reports

· Analyze and reconcile inventory and shipping costs

· Assist in maintaining fixed assets’ depreciation schedules

· Provide reporting and analysis as needed

· Manage credit card spend

· Assist the Controller with month end, quarter-end and year-end reviews, reporting and closing procedures

· Provide back up for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team members

· Special projects as needed

Qualifications:

· Proficient in Excel (Required)

· Detail Oriented (Required)

· Strong organizational and analytical skills (Required)

· Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems (Required)

· 4 year plus experience in accounting (Preferred)

· Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP (Preferred)

· Experience with public companies (Preferred)

Educational Requirements:

Associate degree in accounting or equivalent work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
