We are looking for a high-energy, resourceful, and highly motivated individual to join our team in Phoenix as our Talent Acquisition Specialist. If you have what it takes to excel in an entrepreneurial environment and appreciate a highly visible role in a fun company, this is the job for you!

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing a talent pipeline, creating relationships, and following through on the recruiting process end to end to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work as a member of the People Services department in a rapidly changing, complex, and fast-paced environment and partner with hiring managers to fill critical needs. This position requires the ability to resolve issues ranging from supporting internal customer requests to providing support and assistance as well as develop and maintain a strategic pipeline of vetted candidates for recurring requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

• Screening resumes

• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

• Administering appropriate company assessments

• Making recommendations to company hiring managers

• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

• Following up on the interview process status

• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

• Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process

• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

• Completing timely reports on employment activity

• Achieving weekly/monthly/quarterly established headcount targets

Skill and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience; high volume, front line employee recruiting preferred

• Prior experience supporting a call center environment preferred

• A combination of search firm/agency and corporate recruiting experience preferred

• Proven experience in building and managing a diverse recruiting pipeline

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required

• Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature this role demands

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
