We sit as a centre of excellence in the HR team and operate as a part of a shared service function to support OHG’s European healthcare companies to find and create the best talent in healthcare advertising, medical communications, market access, health economics and market research.

We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Researcher. This is a newly created entry point role on the team. The Talent Acquisition Researcher is responsible for driving the candidate identification process by using leading resources to build a strong pipeline of talent.

Responsibilities:
Partner closely with your assigned experienced hire recruiters to help identify exceptional talent.

Qualification of candidates via resume screen and competency-based interviewing.

Work on ad-hoc projects; think employment branding, candidate experience, data and analytics, diversity equity and inclusion.

Participates in university career fairs, info sessions, and student engagement.

Qualifications and Experience:
You may be a fresh grad looking for their first role, or perhaps you’re working at a recruitment agency and are curious about inhouse recruiting. Or maybe you’re in an unrelated job that you are ready to break away from – career changers welcome.
