ROLE OVERVIEW: Talent Acquisition Partner (Market Research)

Location: London, Manchester or remote

This role provides dedicated Talent Acquisition support to the Omnicom Health Group agencies based in the UK & Europe. As a TA Partner you will be specifically focussed on with a focus on Market Research hiring across the group. The role reports to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Europe based in London, and has frequent interaction with OHG TA colleagues both in the UK, Spain, Netherlands and in the US (East Coast).

The TA Partner will work with finance, departmental heads, agency leadership, and employees to drive the hiring experience. The TA partner will ensure recruitment activity meets resourcing needs throughout the group while fostering a climate of trust and commitment. In addition, they will work on Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives with a collaborative attitude. The TA Partner will be a trusted advisor to hiring leaders which includes understanding their business, team dynamics and talent acquisition needs. They will be responsible for executing direct sourcing strategies leveraging digital tools; engaging referrals and professional communities to build a diverse pool of candidates in addition to building competitive intelligence to the external talent marketplace.

Responsibilities:

• Full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting job offers to candidates.
• End to end responsibility for the recruiting process and execution of TA strategy for freelance recruitment.
• Sourcing and management of candidate pools including proactive sourcing and talent pipelining.
• Assessment and selection of candidates.
• Leveraging the employer brand.
• Candidate relationship management.
• Attends agency resource meetings to drive freelance talent into the network to meet resourcing demands.
• Conducts independent sourcing via networking.
• Creates sourcing plans and effectively identifies candidates that meet internal clients’ expectations.
• Trains & mentors’ junior members of the talent acquisition team.
