Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Overview:

The coordinator is responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team to keep the candidates, the hiring teams, and the recruiting team engaged and moving forward in the Talent Acquisition lifecycle. At this level, the Coordinator might be asked to take on ad hoc projects or responsibilities not listed below.

The Role:

The role may include but not be limited to:

• Learn recruitment lifecycle fundamentals in order to support entry level, assessment centers, internship and campus recruiting.
• Assist the TA team with screening of candidates for entry level roles, this may include phone screens, video interviewing and utilize available technology such as text recruit.
• Responsible for driving the candidate identification and engagement process by developing sourcing techniques and methodologies via LinkedIn, referrals, and university partners.
• Responsible for reporting, data entry, vacancy tracking, and job board posting.
• Partner with recruiters who are supporting UK requisitions, candidates, and hiring teams to own all scheduling requests while fostering relationships and remaining a point of contact throughout the process.
• Attend on and offsite campus recruitment events and job fairs.
• Be the guardian of the Linked In insights tool, providing requested reports on talent data to the global TA team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous scheduling experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Discretion handling confidential matters.
