Overview:

The European Talent Acquisition team of Omnicom Health Group (OHG) is expanding. We operate as a part of a shared service function to support OHG’s European healthcare agencies to find and create the best talent in the market. We are part of a global HR team and work in close partnership with our HR colleagues across the globe.

We are on the lookout for a Graduate Talent Acquisition Resourcer. This is a newly created role on the team thanks to the continued growth of the network. The Talent Acquisition Resourcer is responsible for driving the candidate identification process by using leading resources to build a strong pipeline of talent.

Your new role:

The Graduate Talent Acquisition Resourcer is responsible for assisting the TA team with candidate sourcing. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging with talent in the European markets and assisting the wider team on ad hoc projects.

• This entry level role and is a great way to learn the skills needed to find success in a talent acquisition team.

• Responsible for building key pipelines of candidates across assigned searches.
• Develop an In-depth market research to identify potential candidates, utilising a range of resources and channels.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with Entry level hiring across the network; assessment centres, Video interviews, university careers days.
• Screening of candidates to establish their interest and assess suitability.
• Aware of changing dynamics of the market place as well as keeping abreast of our competitors and industry changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A demonstrated interest in working in talent acquisition – we’d love to hear about your part-time jobs, or other talent acquisition/ human resource experiences that have led you here.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A desire to learn about all things HR & TA related.
