BOOKKEEPER

OVERVIEW

Omni Tax Help is a tax resolution company and we have helped thousands of our clients become free of tax debt and remain current and compliant with the taxing authorities. We are looking for a talented Bookkeeper to join our team of professionals!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Performs basic accounting functions as needed for the Bookkeeping Department, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Reconciles bank statements and receipts.
• Prepares, verifies, and processes profit & loss statements.
• Prepares journal entries and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Files and maintains clerical records and reports pertinent information to operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and accounting software applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, analytical, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
