Omni Group is delighted to be working with a successful, growing people-focused business to recruit a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator for an initial 6-month Fixed Term Contract and may lead to a longer contract with an apprenticeship attached to your self-development.

Due to significant growth, this role would suit someone who loves being busy, can prioritise their workload and prides themselves on delivering exceptional service to the business.

Reporting into the Director of Recruitment, along with supporting your Regional Managers you will be providing generalist support to the hiring process across the business from sourcing, coordinating interviews, organizing and hosting recruitment open days and liaising with hiring managers through to issuing contracts.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Regional Managers and the hotels that they manage in their regions with sourcing, identifying key talent for specific roles within housekeeping from entry to senior-level roles in the department

• Arranging interviews, coordinating feedback, offer management, onboarding

• Working with the regional and hiring managers to educate them on the best interviewing approach, recommend the most suitable tools and techniques to attract the best talent

• Supporting with complex, volume and multi-geography recruitment campaigns

• Taking the lead on end-to-end recruitment for entry-level or more junior vacancies

• Contributing to wider business projects such as employer branding, assessment centres, continuous improvement etc.
