ABOUT THE ROLE

The Team Leader Talent Acquisition is a new role within the People Division. Offering flexibility in work location, the successful candidate will work alongside a team of amazing HR professionals focused on ensuring that Omni has the resourcing required to meet the long-term goals of the company. They will work together to develop people initiatives and capability that will significantly support and grow Omni’s workforce and culture.

As the Team Leader of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a team of highly skilled Recruiters to deliver end-to-end recruitment programs for Omni. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that Omni remains competitive in the current market by monitoring industry best practice and identifying opportunities for development and enhancement. The Team Leader Talent Acquisition will lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team to maximise the use and effectiveness of resources to deliver and manage accurate and high-quality end-to-end Talent Acquisition services to Omni.

In addition to this, you will lead and contribute to the development and implementation of pathway programs for Omni (Graduate / Intern / Traineeship) to enable development, growth and succession planning opportunities.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

The Team Leader Talent Acquisition will present with:

• A Bachelor’s degree, or minimum 5 years relevant experience in related disciplines such as Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Psychology or Social Science; supported by ongoing professional development
• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition and development and implementation of Entry level programs
• Demonstrated team leadership capability with an understanding of how to motivate team members to high levels of performance
• Experience in a client facing service delivery role
• Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 2 Security Clearance
