We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers with product information, order placement, order tracking, and any other related inquiries.

Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.

Maintain accurate and detailed customer records by documenting all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Follow company policies and procedures to resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.

Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution metrics.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.

Empathetic and patient with the ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and composure.

Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
