We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is not a remote position; it is an in-house role that requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ad agencies, content creation, and expertise in building effective marketing funnels. Additionally, this individual must possess exceptional proficiency in integrating various platforms, utilizing Zapier, and managing digital data, including pixels and Google tags. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving successful marketing campaigns, optimizing online presence, and increasing lead generation through various digital channels.
Responsibilities:
Ad Agency Management: Lead and coordinate marketing efforts with external ad agencies to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns. Oversee creative development, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, emails, blogs, and more. Create visually appealing graphics and videos to attract and retain target audiences.
Funnel Development: Design and implement marketing funnels to guide prospects through the customer journey. Create effective lead magnets, lead capture pages, sales pages, and upsell sequences to drive conversions.
Platform Integration and Zapier Proficiency: Utilize your expertise in integrating various platforms, including Zapier, to streamline marketing processes and data analysis. Ensure seamless communication and data flow between different tools and systems.
Automations and Triggers: Implement automated marketing workflows using SMS, email, and voice drops. Set up triggers and sequences to engage leads and customers at critical points in their journey.
GoHighLevel CRM: Utilize your familiarity with the gohighlevel CRM platform to optimize customer relationship management, automate processes, and drive lead nurturing.
Google AdWords and Facebook Campaigns: Demonstrate expert knowledge in crafting, managing, and optimizing Google AdWords and Facebook campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Use data-driven insights to make strategic adjustments and improvements, increasing campaign effectiveness and lead generation.
Google My Business and Local Ad Services: Work around the edges of Google My Business, Map Pack, and Local ad services to ensure optimal local search visibility. Utilize local marketing strategies to target relevant audiences and improve local lead generation.
Proficiency in Digital Data: Be a savant in managing digital data, including pixels, Google tags, and other tracking mechanisms. Analyze data to gain insights into user behavior and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
Analytical Skills: Utilize analytical tools and data analysis to measure the performance of marketing efforts. Identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven recommendations.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, new marketing technologies, and emerging platforms. Apply the latest best practices and innovative strategies to gain a competitive edge.
